The format of the clips in Clip Better are pretty heavily tailored. Depending on your settings, Outlook might be altering the formats and making things not look quite right.
To permanently fix this, after you paste something in Outlook, you should see a yellow box with a clipboard and (Ctrl) in it right after you paste something. Click on that and then click on the "Set Default Paste" option. That should open the Editor Options for Advanced settings. Scroll down to the "Cut, copy, and paste" section and make sure that Pasting from other programs is set to "Keep Source Formatting (Default)"
If you have already set your paste defaults the way you like them, then when you paste, you should right-click and select the "Keep Source Formatting" option.
